    Staying here was a great experience! the carpets and bedding were unbelievably comfortable. the view was breathtaking and the location was perfect for my business trip. the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They even had a selection of loose leaf teas in the room, which I found to be a nice touch. a luxurious and wonderful stay.

    the lack of staff was noticeable and resulted in the room not having milk in the fridge upon arrival.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the beautiful building with an Asian influence, fine views from the honeymoon suite, great facilities, attentive and friendly staff, and great location on the hills overlooking the city.

    Worst aspects? Nothing all good.

    Nestled in the hills, this hotel offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. the rooms are comfortable, with elegant interiors and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly and hospitable, always ready to assist. the breakfast, though basic, is served with fresh ingredients and complements the stunning views from the dining area. the hotel facilities include a lovely garden with outdoor seating and free parking.

    The service can be slow at times, leading to delay in resolving issues.

    The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We were pleased to find a refrigerator and coffee machine in the room. The view from the window was breathtaking, overlooking the city and the greenery surroundings. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

    The hotel website advertised amenities and services which were not available during our stay, including the restaurant, laundry facilities, and breakfast. the staff seemed untrained and inexperienced, unable to respond appropriately to our needs and requests.

    From the moment I entered this hotel, I was instantly transported to a world of luxury. the room was spacious and decorated with elegant furnishings that allowed me to relax in style. the private facilities available were simply divine and I felt my needs were totally fulfilled. the view from my room was nothing less than breathtaking, and the location offered the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

    the exceptional amenities and beautiful surroundings more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
